The project manager is hands on throughout the entire research project with no delegation down the line.  The project manager will communicate directly with both local country fieldwork teams in each research country as well as the client. 

All global transcripts of in-depth interviews /quantitative open endeds responses are analysed by the project manager working in the Medex Research HQ.  The raw material is always processed and analysed in the HQ not in the local fieldwork county. This process is essential for generating maximum insight into responses and reporting research of the highest quality.
