Our client has a range of products for use in the OR and ICU and required insight into trends in practice and needs in emerging and developed markets.


The client’s budget did not allow for conventional field-based research. We therefore developed a questionnaire to be used with suitably qualified delegates at congresses across the globe over 3 years.


Comparative data for India, China, Europe, Latin America and the USA provided our client with a broad understanding of varying clinical practice and customer needs. In the field research in China is more economical than conferences.
